PREFACE
IN SIMPLE TERMS; We contend that our systems of government (Local, State & Federal) have evolved to become so cumbersome, so complex and so injurious to our freedoms, rights and privileges that they no longer serve us in the democratic manner that our Founding Fathers first intended... nor in the manner of which we rely on and deserve. Our system(s) of government have become so flawed by incompetence, greed, graft, corruption, malicious design and even tyrannical intent that "we the people" are no longer well-served. We American citizens are in serious jeopardy of loosing our once famous democracy.
Our objections are many. Our resolve to correct those flaws... is unyielding.
OUR MISSION
Our intent is to initiate 'a national movement' to hold our government(s) accountable... by establishing a pro-active oversight organization comprised of American citizens in every state to investigate (identify) and police against governmental flaws and inequities. Our HQ will be a clearinghouse of information AND a support center FOR THAT CAUSE AND PURPOSE. In simple terms; "strength in numbers".

OUR STRUCTURE
A for profit Massachusetts LLC; financially supported by non tax deductible contributions, organizational merchandise sales and other donated materials, supplies and services. Our funds will be responsibly managed for the purpose that they were contributed (for the general cause or specific missions); our financial records professionally managed, audited, published and open to the public for review.
We intend to establish local Chapters of our organization in every state. Each Chapter will consist of an appointed Director of Operations, a Board of Directors and 'cause dedicated volunteers'. Chapter guidelines will be set forth; regulated, monitored and supported by our HQ. Our HQ will serve as a central communications, funding and mission support center for local, regional and national initiatives we determine to be 'urgent'.
~ We intend to build a unified network of multi-cause Citizen Action Groups, nationally.
~ We intend to recruit specialists in various fields of expertise to help our organization advance its mission(s).
~ We intend to research for a broad scope of governmental injustices, improprieties, incompetencies, inefficiencies, practices, policies and legislative flaws that are injurious to American citizens' best interests.
~ We intend to motivate Our Membership into action against select causes that we identify as being excessively harmful or contrary to the common good of 'The Majority'.
~ We intend to stand united against practices and policies that undermine Americans' civil rights, America's founding doctrines and the spirit of America's treasured heritage.
Our organizational fund raising merchandise will be made available to the public in a controlled manner; via the Internet (on our web store), at sanctioned events and distributed by authorized retailers and corporations who support our efforts. These will consist of such things as vehicle stickers, t-shirts, coffee mugs, pens, caps, jackets, flags, music CD's, etc. *Promotional merchandise donations are welcome and much appreciated.

Practical Positions (just some examples of our concerns and discontents)
We contend that American Citizens have been significantly and dangerously "duped" into regulated compliance, conformity, and manipulated slavery (like paupers and pawns) by a system of government that has drifted out of control. We believe that some of this has occurred by well-intended Legislators who have passed ill-advised legislation, some has been by malicious design and some even by tyrannical intention. Much of it is occuring quietly, secretly (and knowingly) under the radar screens of our awareness.
- We have the right to bear arms... but now our government strives to regulate our ammunition.
- We established a program of social security... which our government has grossly mismanaged, jeopardizing our collective prosperity.
- We have our privilege to vote... but that vote gives us no assurance that we will be in the least 'represented' as our vote intended.
- We are taxed for purposes... but our contributions are squandered, mismanaged and misdirected, inexcusably so.
- We have a Judicial system... that is so seriously flawed with complexity and loopholes that it no longer serves its common sense objectives.
- We are a Nation of Principles... but our government officials manipulate those principles to their individual, self-serving agendas (both foreign and domestic).
- We rely on our elected Legislators for practical legislation... yet seldom achieve it.
- We've become an electronic society... that our government dangerously utilizes against our freedoms, rights and privileges.
- Our government has become rampant with greed, graft and corruption... that no individual can effectively contest or resolve.
- Wealth yields power and favoritism... subjecting the majority of citizens to inequities and undefendable injustices.
- Our government institutes questionable and appalling secret agendas... with no transparency, regulation or accountability.
- Good legislation becomes dangerously harmful to citizens when special interest groups add-on self-serving legislation... for Bills to pass.
- Do you realize that 63% of your annual income presently goes toward various kinds of taxes; income tax, sales tax, licensing and other obscure fees that are imposed by local, State or Federal government. Do you realize HOW MUCH Big Brother is watching over every move you make; every credit card transaction, every phone call, your Internet activities, cable TV preferences, your mail, remote cameras in almost every public place, satellite surveillience... AND MUCH MUCH MORE !!
